At EncantSoap, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

  • Due to the personal nature of soap and skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
