 At EncantSoap, we believe every bar should feel like magic on your skin. If you don’t fall in love with your soap within 30 days, we’ll help you find one that better suits your preferences. Certain limited-edition or specialty products may not be eligible for replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship across the United States and select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping methods may vary depending on your location. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Purchase Policy

 EncantSoap products are crafted for personal use and enjoyment. To preserve product quality and ensure fair access for all customers, we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, bulk redistribution, or misuse of promotions.

Gift Card Policy

EncantSoap digital gift cards are designed to share the experience of our products with others.

• Gift cards cannot be purchased using other gift cards or store credit

• They are not eligible for promotions or discounts unless clearly stated

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
